Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 May 2026

Heads up: this is a general template provided for convenience, not legal advice. Review it, fill in your own details, and have it checked by a professional before you rely on it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of R.C.P · CE · Portal ("R.C.P", "we", "us"), the multi-server admin tooling for Rust Console Edition described on this site. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What R.C.P is

R.C.P is a hosted admin portal that connects to your Rust Console Edition server over RCON to manage kits, shop, casino, minigames, broadcasts, leaderboards, protection zones and a Discord-linked player economy. R.C.P is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios or Rust Console Edition.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must only connect servers that you own or are authorised to administer.
  • You are responsible for keeping your RCON details accurate and for the consequences of the configuration you apply to your server.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular you will not:

  • Use R.C.P for anything unlawful, or in breach of the rules of Rust Console Edition, your host, or Discord.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.
  • Use the service to harass players or to run configurations that you are not permitted to run on the servers you connect.

You remain solely responsible for your server, its players, and the in-game content and economy you configure.

4. Third-party services

R.C.P relies on third parties to function, including your server host's RCON, Discord (for optional player linking), Stripe (for payments) and our hosting/infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on the side of those providers.

5. Free trial, billing and cancellation

  • New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No card is required to begin.
  • After the trial, the price is €9.99 per server per month, billed via Stripe.
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Servers run until the end of the current billing period and then revert to a read-only state.
  • You can pause individual servers between wipes; paused servers are not billed.
  • Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

6. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short, account and server data is retained for up to 90 days after cancellation or account inactivity, after which it is permanently deleted. If you reactivate within that window, your data is restored.

7. Availability and warranties

We aim for high availability (target 99.9%) and run the portal and bot on separate infrastructure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R.C.P is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of in-game progress, items, economy balances or data arising from use of the service, server outages, or actions of third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if the service is misused. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. liability, governing law) continue to apply.

10. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
