Common questions
Is there really no credit card needed for the trial?
Correct. You only enter payment when you want to continue past day 30. We email you a few times before the trial ends so it's not a surprise.
What counts as 'a server'?
One connected Rust Console Edition server. If you run 3 servers (e.g. PvP, PvE, Build), that's €29.97/month. You can pause individual servers when you're not running them this wipe.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard. Your servers keep running until the end of the current billing period, then revert to a read-only state (no data loss).
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe handles billing — credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most regional methods (iDEAL for NL, Bancontact for BE, etc.).
Do you offer discounts for non-profit communities or beta testers?
Yes. Email hello@rcpceportal.nl with your community details. We give 50% off for the first 100 servers from active community hubs.
Do I need to install anything on my server?
No. R.C.P talks to your server via RCON. As long as RCON is enabled in G-Portal (or your host of choice), we connect and stay connected. No plugins, no Oxide, no SSH.
